ABOUT ME
Kyneshawau Hurd is a sociocultural psychologist and legal scholar bridging law, social psychology, & organizational behavior to study the intersections of Dominance, Diversity & Discrimination—particularly in the private ordering of corporations, capital markets, and educational institutions. She earned her PhD in Jurisprudence & Social Policy and her JD from UC Berkeley.
In addition to her academic work, Kyneshawau leverages her research skills to drive organizational transformation, applying insights to areas such as diversity management, decision-making, and policy development. She has consulted with organizations across sectors, including tech, law, and policy, to enhance equity and optimize organizational performance and governance. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the American Bar Foundation.
